Howdy! My name is Haley Miller. I was born and raised in Waco, Texas, and I earned a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management from Texas A&M University. For the past three years, I served as a change management consultant at Ernst & Young in Dallas, Texas. In this role, I collaborated with teams to guide employees through digital transformations within the power and utilities sector. I focused on translating client data into actionable insights and creating data visuals to help leaders navigate the change process. I have a passion for process improvement and storytelling through data, and I recognize the importance of the human side of change in achieving lasting supply chain improvements. Outside of school, I enjoy country and classic rock music and giving impromptu stand-up sets to my friends. I am also part of MIT’s Lutheran Episcopal Ministry. I’m especially excited to live in a walkable city and explore the Boston area on foot!
