Genny Hsieh

I grew up in Taiwan and spent most of my childhood and teenage summers in Pasadena, CA attending summer schools (yes, I do have Asian parents). Prior to MIT, I studied Economics at National Tsing Hua University in Hsinchu, Taiwan and worked for Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a procurement operations analyst in Taipei, Taiwan. As a huge fan of figure skating, I’m super excited for the 2025 Figure Skating Championships, which will take place in Boston! Outside work, I like to cook, bake cakes, and enjoy theater (including plays and musicals) as an audience and an actress.
